It is a rainy day.

Tom looks out of the window.

Come again another day.Little Tom wants to play.Come again another day,"he sings.

Tom gets down from his chair.He goes into his parents' room.Mum is at the table.She has got a large box and many cards."What are those,Mum?"asks

"Of course,"says Mum."Look at this one.It's from Daming,in the US.It's got a picture of Chinatown in New York."

"You've got lots of postcards,"says Tom.

“I want to collect something too,"Tom thinks and walks intong room.Dad is at his desk.

"What are those,Dad?"asks Tom.

"This is my stamp collection,"says Dad."It's very old."

"Can I collect stamps too?"asks Tom.

"Yes,"says Dad."But we don't get many letters now people send emails"
